Lead Project Engineer (Project Management - MS Project / Jira / Primavera) $3.5K - $5.5K + Variable Bonus (West Area)

Role Summary

Key Duties

·      Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
·      Define and control project scope, timeline, and budget
·      Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
·      Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and resolve issues
·      Act as main liaison between clients, vendors, and stakeholders
·      Provide clear project updates, reports, and documentation
·      Facilitate meetings to align expectations and resolve concerns
·      Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and contract terms
·      Support vendor coordination and contract administration
·      Work closely with Project Managers to drive successful delivery

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field
·      Minimum 5 years of Project Management or Coordination experience
·      Strong knowledge of project methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred)
·      Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
·      Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Primavera
·      Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
·      Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
