Key Responsibilities:Cryptocurrency Assessment: Evaluate new cryptocurrency projects for potential listing by analyzing technology, market potential, and team credentials.Exceptional Negotiation & Strategic Partnership Development: Demonstrate exceptional negotiation prowess to secure favorable terms and cultivate robust, long-term strategic relationships with project teams, venture capitalists (VCs), and other key industry partners. Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate risks associated with new listings.Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify promising projects for listing, ensuring our exchange remains competitive.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of listed cryptocurrencies, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future listings.Community Engagement: Liaise with the crypto community and project teams to promote new listings and gather feedback on market reception.Reporting: Generate detailed reports on listing performance, market trends, and competitor analysis for internal stakeholders.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in cryptocurrency listings, preferably with a background in a leading cryptocurrency exchange.Skills:Fluent in EnglishStrong analytical and research capabilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in the cryptocurrency space.Proficiency in data analysis tools and market research techniques.Passion for Crypto: A deep interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the evolving digital asset landscape.
