Operations Senior Manager

Responsibilities:Manage and analyze daily exchange data, covering user behavior and activity metrics.Design and execute growth strategies, including activation and retention programs, user segmentation, and more.Develop and analyze user personas to guide user strategies, optimize product experience, and manage the full user lifecycle.Plan and run campaigns to improve activation, retention, and conversion KPIs.Oversee middle- and back-office systems; conduct regular trading reviews and deliver actionable insights.Requirements:2 years+ experience in cryptocurrency, with a proven track record in operational growth preferred.Strong analytical skills and data literacy; expert in data-driven decision-making.Excellent execution, patience, and a detail-oriented, accountable work ethic.Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management; highly self-driven with strong ownership.
