OverviewAs a Content Operations Intern, you will support PR, content creation, and social media management in Spanish/Portuguese markets to enhance brand exposure and user engagement. This internship role assists the full-time Content Operations Specialist with execution, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, crypto-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in Content Creation: Help produce localized content, such as PR press releases, social media posts, memes, and tutorial videos for Spanish/Portuguese audiences.Support Social Media Management: Aid in managing social channels (X, Instagram, TikTok), including supporting UGC contests and hashtag challenges.Assist with PR Coordination: Support coordination of PR releases with local media (e.g., El País) and help monitor brand reputation metrics (e.g., RA scores).Monitor Engagement Data: Assist in analyzing content engagement data and support optimization efforts, such as A/B testing memes versus tutorials.Contribute to Crypto Content: Collaborate on content related to trending coins and Airdrops, helping create educational and promotional materials.RequirementsEducation: Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in communications, marketing, or a related field.Experience: No prior content or PR experience required, but enthusiasm for content creation and social media is essential.Language Skills: Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese; strong written and creative communication skills.Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Canva, SEMrush, or Google Analytics is a plus.Soft Skills: Active social media user, interest in crypto trends, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
