Trading Operations Specialist

The RoleAs a Trading Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution and settlement of trades, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting our trading desk. You will collaborate with traders, compliance teams, and technology groups to optimize processes and mitigate risks.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and reconcile daily trading activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.Execute trade settlements, clearing, and allocations across various LPs.Resolve trade discrepancies and liaise with counterparties.Maintain and update trade data in internal systems, ensuring data integrity.Support the development and implementation of operational workflows and process improvements.Generate reports for trading performance, risk exposure, and operational metrics.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.Assist in testing and implementing new trading systems or upgrades.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.years of experience in trading operations, middle office, or a similar role.Strong understanding of crypto markets and instruments.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is a must.Experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python/SQL) is a plus.Experience in FX is a plus.
