Job ResponsibilitiesPlatform Integration & CoordinationLead the integration of the MT5 platform, coordinating with technical, business, and risk teams to complete API connections, liquidity integration, and system testing.Communicate with MetaQuotes or third-party service providers to resolve technical integration issues (e.g., bridging, price feeds, server deployment).Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in technical audits related to financial licensing.Product Launch & IterationDrive the launch of MT5 product features, creating project timelines and overseeing the full cycle of development, testing, and release.Gather feedback from clients (e.g., institutional clients, white-label partners) and internal teams to develop product optimization plans and lead feature iterations.Monitor platform stability, collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, and optimize trading performance (e.g., execution speed, slippage).Operations & GrowthDevelop and execute operational strategies to increase MT5 adoption post-launch.Prepare product documentation and training materials to support sales and customer service teams in promoting MT4/MT5 services.Cross-Department CollaborationAct as the MT5 project product operation manager, facilitating cross-departmental communication and resolving implementation bottlenecks.Work with external liquidity providers and third-party platforms to optimize fund flow efficiency.RequirementsMandatory Qualifications3+ years of experience in fintech, brokerage, or exchange product operations, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in MT4/MT5 platform integration and operations.Strong familiarity with MT5 products, for example API integration processes, and common troubleshooting solutions.Fluent in English, capable of independent technical communication with overseas teams and vendors.Basic understanding of financial markets (forex, commodities, CFDs), including trading rules and risk management principles.Preferred QualificationsExperience in cryptocurrency exchanges or Crypto brokerages, with knowledge of digital asset trading dynamics (e.g., 24/7 markets, wallet integration).
