Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with AFSL requirements and digital asset regulations.Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory guidelines relevant to financial services and digital assets.Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as required.Train and educate staff on compliance issues, policies, and procedures.Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and inquiries.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector.Strong knowledge of AFSL requirements and regulations related to digital assets.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
