ASSISTANT ENGINEER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. System Integration & Automation

·        Assist in integrating Engineering and Manufacturing systems to enable end-to-end traceability (BOM, BOR, process mapping).

·        Support monitoring of live or near real-time production and engineering system status.

·        Assist senior engineers with PMS, ERP, and automation system interfacing.

2. Project Management System Support

·        Support configuration and daily operation of Project Management systems.

·        Assist in user training, documentation, and first-line system support.

3. Engineering Data & Workflow Digitalization

·        Assist in automating paper-based and Excel-based engineering templates.

·        Support conversion into digital workflows, applications, or databases.

·        Use AI/LLM tools to assist in coding, debugging, scripting, and documentation.

·        Support system enhancements under guidance from senior engineers or IT.

REQUIREMENTS

·        Diploma or Degree in Software Engineering.

·        2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering support, automation, or systems integration roles.

·        Fresh graduates with relevant internships or a strong interest in manufacturing systems are welcome.

·        Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows, BOM, BOR, and process mapping.

·        Basic knowledge of Python or strong willingness to learn scripting for automation.
