About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Engineer with strong exposure to System Level Testing (SLT) and Final Testing (FT) in high-volume production environments. This role requires hands-on expertise with semiconductor test platforms and a strong ability to analyze and resolve manufacturing yield issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support FT and SLT operations in volume production environments
- Perform debugging, analysis, and root cause investigation of yield issues
- Optimize test solutions through data-driven analysis and value engineering
- Work with test platforms and handlers to ensure efficient test execution
- Analyze yield data and support Maverick hold lot disposition processes
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
- Field of Study: IT, Electronics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Industry: IT / Semiconductor / Manufacturing
Must-Have
- Experience in Advantest 93000 (V93K) / Teradyne tester platforms
- Strong expertise in System Level Testing (SLT) (primary skill)
- Experience in Final Testing (FT) environments
- Exposure to volume production test environments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in FT and SLT volume production test environments, preferably within high-end compute or networking devices
- Solid engineering fundamentals with strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with Advantest 93000 tester, and operation of Hontech and Chroma handlers
- Ability to debug, analyze, and resolve manufacturing yield issues (hardware or program-related)
- Strong experience in yield data analytics and Maverick hold lot disposition
- Experience in data-driven test optimization and value engineering
- Background in OSAT environments such as ASE, JCET, or UTAC is an advantage
