Role Summary

·       Lead engineering excellence across Generators, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Power Cables, and Distribution Boards
·      Driving product reliability and technical performance
·      Leading engineering development and innovation
·      Evaluating new power solution opportunities
·      Supporting business growth with technical expertise

Key Duties

Product Oversight & Engineering Development

• Monitor performance of diesel generators, BESS, and power distribution systems
• Conduct technical reviews, testing, validation, and feasibility studies
• Recommend improvements for reliability, efficiency, and safety

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians
• Ensure compliance with Singapore safety and regulatory standards
• Drive engineering best practices and quality standards

Innovation & Technology Advancement

• Evaluate hybrid power and energy storage technologies
• Work with suppliers and vendors on product enhancements
• Identify and assess new power solution opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Provide technical support to Sales and Business Development teams
• Support client meetings with engineering expertise
• Liaise with external vendors and certification bodies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Power Solutions (Generators, BESS, Power Distribution Systems) in Power Generator Field
• Strong technical knowledge of power generation, energy storage, and electrical systems
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
• Hands-on problem-solving experience in industrial or construction environments
• Familiar with Singapore safety and regulatory requirements (preferred)
