Your role:
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for your assigned domain.
- Translate business goals into a clear and measurable roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute product plans, from ideation through launch and optimization.
- Use data and experimentation to validate decisions and improve performance quarter over quarter.
- Deeply understand user needs and behaviors to identify product gaps and new opportunities.
- Serve as a product ambassador within the organization, communicating priorities and outcomes.
- Promote a culture of quality, agile development, and continuous innovation across teams.
What makes you stand out:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven success in leading product strategy in high-growth B2C tech businesses.
- Experience working under pressure and delivering in fast-paced environments.
- Solid understanding of at least one of the following: consumer crypto products (e.g., wallets, exchanges, or DeFi platforms), or payment and issuing solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence across disciplines.
- Proficiency in using JIRA and agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Passion for fintech and crypto is strongly preferred.
