Your role:

  • Acts as a secondary point of contact for select clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and delivery of client requests.
  • Supports Account Managers with pipeline tracking, reporting, and preparation of presentations or client materials.
  • Assists with onboarding processes, documentation, and internal coordination to ensure a premium client experience.
  • Maintain CRM records and capture insights from client interactions and events to feed into account strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, flagging them to the Account Managers.
  • Represent the company at international events, ensuring polished and professional engagement with VIPs.
  • Welcome, host, and build strong rapport with top-tier clients, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Facilitate introductions and support strategic networking opportunities that strengthen existing relationships and open new business avenues.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for HNWIs, ensuring their requests are anticipated and addressed with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Еvents, comm, marketing) to coordinate hospitality initiatives and deliver a consistent, premium brand experience.
  • Contribute directly to business development by fostering new relationships, opening doors to key prospects, and strengthening the client pipeline.

What makes you stand out:

  • 3-5 years of experience in client relations, hospitality, or event management, ideally within the premium/luxury, finance, or technology sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with HNWIs and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent English language skills, complemented with an ability to adapt communication style according to the audience is a must (additional languages are a strong plus).
  • 1-2 years in a sales or account management role in a Fintech or Financial services company is a plus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Passion for digital assets and knowledge of developments in the decentralized finance and related crypto ecosystems is a bonus.
  • A polished, professional presence combined with a personable and approachable style.
  • Demonstrated experience in networking, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, international environments.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to contribute to business growth while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
