Facilities Engineer (Plumbing and Sanitary)
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Performing routine maintenance checks such as inspecting pipes for leaks, testing water pressure and checking for blockages to prevent further issues.
· Performing checks on pumps, valves and water tank.
· Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues like low water pressure, pipe leaks, foul odors, and clogged drains.
· Supervise building maintenance services including plumbing and sanitary works, system operations and the maintenance on-site.
· Conduct inspection of existing building to ensure the maintenance program are implemented effectively in strict compliance with guidelines.
· Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works.
· Manage good sanitary conditions in the buildings with proper sanitary systems servicing.
· Carrying out regular inspection and provide recommendation for improvement or rectification work if needed.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Building / Mechanical/ Engineering or equivalent.
· 3years of Singapore relevant experience
