Lead end-to-end implementation and sustainment of SAP Fieldglass and S/4HANA MM solutions Drive functional design and configuration across service procurement and external workforce management processes Manage and support myTrack (MCI) contractor onboarding and integration workflows Oversee integration architectureacross: SAP Fieldglass ↔ S/4HANA (MM, FI, HR) Concur ↔ S/4HANA Middleware and interfaces (ASAPIO, RFC, IDoc, APIs) Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and governance standards Lead UAT planning and execution, including: Functional specification documentation Test scenarios and script development Defect tracking using SAP ALM tools Provide expertise in Fieldglass modules, including: Job Posting Work Orders & Work Assignments Statements of Work (SOW) / FEE Time & Expense Management Contractor payment lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, integration) to deliver scalable solutions Engage with business stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and workforce management processes

Required Skills

& Experience 7+ years of SAP functional consulting experience Strong hands-on expertise in: SAP S/4HANA MM (Procurement, PR/PO lifecycle, Inventory integration) SAP Fieldglass implementation and support myTrack (MCI) processes (PR, PO, Timesheets, integration flows) Deep knowledge of Fieldglass modules: Job Posting, Work Orders, Worker Profile Time Sheets, Expense Sheets, Payment processing Proven experience in integration design and architecture, including: SAP Fieldglass – S/4HANA Concur – S/4HANA IDocs, RFCs, APIs, middleware Experience with SAP ALM / testing tools (test execution, defect management) As a Package Specialist: SAP HANA SCM MM, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement based Materials Management (MM) solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing SAP systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Implement Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain SAP S/4HANA SCM MM solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and existing SAP systems.
• Configure and Customize Modules: Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA SCM MM modules, such as Procurement and Inventory Management, to support materials management, procurement, and inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing SAP systems.
• Ensure Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA SCM MM solutions with existing SAP systems, supporting business processes and requirements.
• Maintain Solutions: Maintain and support SAP S/4HANA SCM MM solutions, ensuring ongoing alignment with business needs and system integrity. Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement based Materials Management (MM) solutions, including configuration and customization of modules such as Procurement and Inventory Management.

• SAP Module Configuration: Exposure to configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA SCM MM modules to support materials management, procurement, and inventory management processes.
• Business Requirements Gathering: Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs and integrate with existing SAP systems.
• SAP System Integration: Exposure to ensuring seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA SCM MM solutions with existing SAP systems, supporting business processes and requirements.
• Solution Maintenance: Experience applying knowledge to maintain and support SAP S/4HANA SCM MM solutions, ensuring ongoing alignment with business needs and system integrity. Certifications SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Fieldglass Services & External Workforce Management (preferred) Industry Experience Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Petroleum, or other asset-intensive industries is highly preferred Soft Skills / Leadership Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams Strong client-facing consulting skills with senior stakeholder interaction Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment
• Advanced SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Exposure to advanced SAP S/4HANA features and functionality, including data migration and system integration. Ability to apply this knowledge to design and implement complex SAP S/4HANA SCM MM solutions.
• Procurement Process Expertise: Experience working with procurement processes, including purchasing, inventory management, and contract management. Ability to design and implement SAP S/4HANA SCM MM solutions that meet business requirements and support procurement processes.
