As a Customer Success Engineering: AI/BA professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting analytics and AI customers. This role involves driving outcomes and long-term success, which may require collaboration and client-facing interactions to deliver solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Customers: Support analytics and AI customers to drive outcomes and long-term success.
  • Driving Success: Drive outcomes and long-term success for customers, focusing on their analytics and AI needs.
  • Analytics Support:

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience working with analytics customers to drive outcomes and long-term success, focusing on their specific needs and requirements. This involves supporting customers in achieving their goals through analytics and AI solutions.

  • AI Solutions: Experience with AI technologies and solutions, including implementation and support to drive customer success. This may involve collaboration with customers to understand their AI needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Experience in client-facing interactions, delivering solutions and driving outcomes for customers. This includes collaborating with customers to understand their needs and providing support to ensure long-term success.

Technical Expertise

Experience with technical aspects of analytics and AI, including data analysis and interpretation. This involves applying technical knowledge to support customers and drive outcomes.

  • Advanced Analytics Knowledge: Experience with complex analytics solutions and AI technologies to drive customer success.
  • AI Implementation Skills: Ability to implement and support AI solutions, collaborating with customers to understand their needs.
