-NEW- 12 Months Finance Manager (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Supporting Asia Pacific deal desk

·       Review and support approval of commercial and incentive deal proposals, ensuring compliance with internal governance standards and collaborating with business, finance, and operational stakeholders to enhance proposal quality.

·       Manage end-to-end deal approval processes, maintaining efficient workflows that balance business objectives with governance and compliance requirements.

·       Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and analytical tools to support commercial decision-making, profitability assessments, and scenario analysis.

·       Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses, providing insights into key business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.

·       Maintain incentive and deal-tracking databases, ensuring data accuracy and supporting adhoc analysis for management and business stakeholders.

·       Partner with Legal, Contract Management, Finance, and Operations teams to facilitate contract execution and ensure adherence to internal policies and controls.

·       Support implementation and optimization of business systems, tools, and processes to improve operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and governance standards.

·       Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, presenting financial insights, business recommendations, and risk considerations to support informed decision-making.

·       Operate independently in a fast-paced environment, exercising sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

·       Adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting/finance duties

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
