On top of the Australian cafe and restaurant concept, we also have Spanish, Taiwanese and Japanese restaurant concepts.
- Oversee the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Prepare management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities on financial matters.
- Monitor company expenses, operational costs, and financial performance to improve profitability.
- Review and approve invoices, payments, staff claims, and financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting procedures, and finance workflows.
- Lead and supervise the finance team, including training and performance management.
- Support business planning, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making for management.
Requirement:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full set exposure
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent is preferred.
