Job Description
Role Summary
· Support the process and application aspects of semiconductor equipment at customer sites across Singapore and the region
· Customer-facing role requiring a strong technical mindset, clear communication, and hands-on problem-solving ability
· Contribute to both customer satisfaction and the company's operational performance goals
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to deliver end-to-end technical solutions
Key Duties
· Attend weekly team meetings and deliver technical presentations
· Generate clear, accurate technical reports and documentation
· Support on-site installations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and overall tool performance improvement
· Act as the technical liaison between customers and business units to ensure requirements are met
· Execute process optimisation, yield enhancement, and productivity improvement projects
· Manage new tool acceptance qualification processes
· Perform recipe editing in line with process requirements
· Carry out ad-hoc shift work when operationally required
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Microelectronics Engineering
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
· Experience in machine setup, installation, modification, servicing, troubleshooting, or repair
· Cleanroom working experience is advantageous but not mandatory
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
· Ability to work effectively within a team and independently at customer sites
· Willing to travel occasionally and work irregular hours when required
