Infrastructure System Engineer (Ref 26473)

Responsibilities • Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networks, and on‑premise environments. • Ensure high availability, redundancy, and system performance across infrastructure components. • Manage VMware/Hyper‑V platforms and support Windows OS and Windows Server Environments. • Perform system monitoring, setup, patching, backup, DR and automate tasks. • Closely collaborate with Service Delivery Manager  and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations. • Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters • Set up network switches, perform network checks, and configure IP settings for project devices. • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and IT system issues. • Support data migration, integration, monitoring, security and compliance. • Participate in system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, deployment, staging, and production setup. • Work with services such as AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, Antivirus, Patch Management, MDM.

Requirements • Degree/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Equivalent. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in infrastructure or system engineering roles. • Experience with backup/recovery, documentation, and supporting tender requirements. • Familiarity with certification/key management and common infrastructure services. • Experience with Linux (RHEL) will be advantageous. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and time‑management skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
