-NEW- Perm Fund Accountant (Private Equity, Corporate Services)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Managed fund accounting activities for private equity and venture capital funds, including reconciliations, NAV calculations, accruals, and investor capital account maintenance.

·       Prepared capital call and distribution notices, financial statements, quarterly reporting packages, and waterfall/ equalisation models.

·       Coordinated with auditors on year-end audits, supported new fund launches and onboarding, and contributed to process improvement initiatives.

·       Assisted with AML, FATCA, and CRS compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory and reporting obligations.

·       Adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant experience  

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
