Marketing Manager | Beauty & Aesthetics

• Well-known beauty/aesthetics brand
• Basic up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Location: City Hall

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
• Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and lead generation initiatives.
• Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, media, and promotional channels.
• Analyse marketing performance and customer insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Manage marketing budgets, brand assets, collaterals, events, and promotional activities to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Min. 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or consumer service industries.
• Strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of branding and commercial acumen.
