What You’ll Do

Architect, develop, and optimize advanced automated test frameworks using Python or Java with Selenium or Playwright
Lead the creation of comprehensive test strategies for AI and agentic AI systems
Oversee API and integration testing, ensuring coverage for complex workflows
Analyze and troubleshoot test results, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure testability
Mentor and guide junior test engineers, sharing best practices and technical expertise
Drive documentation standards and ensure clarity in technical specifications

What Will Make You Shine

Extensive hands-on experience in test automation with Python or Java
Deep expertise with Selenium or Playwright in large-scale environments
Strong understanding of AI systems, agentic AI, and their testing challenges
Proven experience in API and integration testing with tools like Postman, SoapUI, or Karate
Leadership in test methodologies (BDD, TDD, Agile) and test strategy development
Ability to manage and review both manual and automated test cases
Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience leading testing in the banking or financial sector
Background in security testing for enterprise applications
Experience producing technical documentation and code reviews
