Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a versatile, creative, and proactive

Graphic Designer cum Personal Assistant (PA) / Live Selling Host to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand company requirements, branding guidelines, and campaign concepts.
• Create drafts, mockups, models, and prototypes using various design techniques.
• Produce final design solutions such as logos, banners, social media content, marketing materials, and product visuals.
• Pitch and present creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to plan, execute, and launch projects.
• Handle special design tasks, including photo retouching, colour correction, and image enhancement.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and administrative tasks as part of PA duties.
• Assist with daily coordination and provide support to management on ad-hoc assignments.
• Host or assist in live selling sessions for products, including preparing promotional materials and engaging with viewers during livestreams.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
  
  Requirements & Skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Social Media Designer.
• Proficiency in design software and graphic editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Canva, and AI design tools.
• Familiarity with video editing software is an advantage (e.g. Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of visual design elements such as layout, typography, colour theory, and branding.
• Good teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
• Confident on camera and comfortable interacting with customers during live selling sessions.
• Keen eye for detail and strong creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Must be willing to work odd hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for campaigns or live selling sessions.
