Job Description

Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field with at least 8 years of relevant working experience and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in data management or business analyst role within investment and banking industry.
Experience crafting user journeys and use cases and using them to guide system design and implementation.
Proficiency in SQL, Python and experience with other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skill and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Good at working with details and is meticulous for operations.
Good understanding and knowledge in data modelling and data integration.
Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and/or Agile methodologies (like Scrum and Kanban).
A good team player with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
