Job Summary

Join Techwise Offshore Consultancy as an experienced Naval Architect to lead engineering and marine assurance projects, delivering technical expertise in offshore oil and gas and renewable energy industries.

Responsibilities

• Perform Finite Element Analyses to assess structural integrity and support engineering decisions
• Engineer vessel modifications and upgrades to enhance performance and compliance
• Develop transportation and installation engineering solutions for offshore projects
• Conduct stability, mooring, and motion analyses to ensure operational safety and efficiency
• Execute technical reviews in the role of Marine Warranty Surveyor to verify compliance and risk mitigation
• Provide on-site technical support at shipyards and offshore fields to resolve engineering challenges and support clients

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Naval Architecture or Ocean Engineering
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in the offshore oil and gas industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency with structural and naval architecture software programs
• Strong attention to detail in engineering analyses and documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player while working independently
