Salesforce Architect (OmniStudio) – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures).
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance for Salesforce projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Ensure solution performance, security, scalability, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support deployments, system enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and architecture standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Salesforce Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience designing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions and integration architectures.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and data modeling.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred
