Job Description
We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to support the Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) vertical. This role will partner closely with sales, advertisers, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic media solutions that drive business growth on TikTok. The ideal candidate brings strong experience from either the QSR industry or media performance / digital advertising, with the ability to translate business goals into scalable advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with QSR advertisers, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic consultant to clients by understanding their business objectives and recommending effective TikTok advertising solutions.
- Develop account strategies that align with seasonal priorities, menu launches, promotional campaigns, and full-funnel growth goals.
- Drive campaign excellence through planning, execution support, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations.
- Partner with Sales, Creative, Product, Measurement, and Operations teams to deliver best-in-class client service.
- Provide data-driven insights and post-campaign recommendations to improve outcomes and deepen client investment.
- Educate clients on platform best practices, audience strategy, creative effectiveness, and measurement solutions.
- Identify opportunities to unlock incremental growth across branding and performance objectives.
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of the QSR category, consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Communicate effectively with both Arabic- and English-speaking stakeholders across the region.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, digital media, marketing, advertising, or relevant QSR commercial roles.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Experience managing client relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Quick Service Restaurants, food delivery platforms, restaurant chains, or franchise-led businesses.
- Experience in media performance, performance marketing, or conversion-driven digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of auction-based media, campaign optimization, attribution, and measurement.
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Ability to connect marketing performance with business outcomes such as orders, traffic, app growth, or sales.
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
