Teams Collaboration Engineer

Job Title: Teams CollaborationEngineer
Monthly Salary: $8,000 – $10,500 SGD
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Microsoft Teams policies (messaging, meetings, calling, live events)
• Manage Teams lifecycle including creation, expiration, renewal, and archiving of teams
• Implement and enforce Teams governance policies (guest access, external sharing, private channels)
• Configure meeting settings, live transcription, and recording policies
• Manage Teams templates and team creation processes
• Troubleshoot Teams client issues (audio, video, screen sharing, chat)
• Integrate third-party applications and bots within Teams
• Manage Teams backup and restore solutions
• Create and maintain user guides and training materials for Teams features
• Monitor Teams adoption and generate usage analytics reports
• Coordinate with Microsoft support for advanced issue resolution
• Stay current with new Teams features and recommend adoption

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience administering Microsoft Teams
• Strong knowledge of Teams architecture including underlying SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange dependencies
• Experience with Teams governance tools (PnP PowerShell, Teams Admin Center)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate required
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 Groups and Azure AD
• PowerShell scripting ability for bulk operations
• Experience with Teams Rooms and certified devices preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting methodology
