Resident Engineer (M&E)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the site supervision team on all the Mechanical and Building Construction works.
• Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all Mechanical site inspection issues, contract related matters and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works.
• Address and respond to all Contractor’s RFI’s and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but not limited to assess method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with design team/QP from HQ.
• Attend all site/project related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and to lead in technical and work progress discussions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably recognized by the PE Board, Singapore.
• About 10 years of experience in supervising mechanical works in the construction of infrastructure projects preferably in water/or used water treatment works.
• A person with good communication and leadership skills.
• For Chua Chu Kang Waterworks (PUB project)
• 5 years project
• Looking to commence asap
• 2 months gratuity upon completion of 2 years
