Integration Infrastructure Consultant #dl

We are supporting a major Microsoft workplace transformation project involving a new domain setup, endpoint modernization, and a full Microsoft 365 migration. We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer who can lead the technical implementation, migration, and integration activities across endpoint management, identity services, and Microsoft collaboration platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, combined with strong troubleshooting and automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management & Device Modernization

• Lead the end-to-end deployment and management of Microsoft Intune for laptops and mobile devices.
• Configure and maintain device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
• Implement and support Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and governance standards are consistently maintained.

Identity & Access Management

• Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Manage user provisioning, lifecycle management, RBAC, and IAM controls.
• Support authentication, access management, and identity integration across Microsoft platforms.

Microsoft 365 Migration

Execute Microsoft 365 migration activities from an existing environment into a newly established domain.
Plan, coordinate, and troubleshoot migration activities across:

• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive for Business
• Utilize migration tools such as MigrationWiz (BitTitan) and other industry-standard platforms.
• Validate migration outcomes and support post-migration stabilization activities.

Automation & Integration

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting technologies.
• Automate deployment, administration, reporting, and operational processes where appropriate.
• Support system integrations and troubleshoot complex technical issues across endpoint, identity, and collaboration platforms.

Documentation & Operational Support

• Produce and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, migration runbooks, and support procedures.
• Work closely with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and operational handover activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, workplace technologies, or systems integration roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Active Directory
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive for Business
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Experience with migration tools such as MigrationWiz (BitTitan) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 administration and endpoint management.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN, WAN, WiFi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
