Enterprise Voice Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical support, administration, and maintenance of enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Kaltura Live, Open Exchange, and Audio Conferencing systems.
• Lead and deliver large-scale regional projects across APAC, ensuring timely execution, smooth rollout, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to onboard and integrate new collaboration and productivity tools.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize performance, availability, and reliability of collaboration services.
• Troubleshoot complex issues by working closely with data network and infrastructure teams to ensure minimal disruption to services.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across collaboration and unified communications platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Kaltura Live, Open Exchange, and Audio Conferencing solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT or UC projects in a regional or global environment.
• Solid understanding of data network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, QoS, VPN, SIP, VoIP concepts).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across collaboration and network-integrated environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging collaboration technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
