As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our office infrastructure across Dubai and are looking for a Project Manager to lead office development, fit-out, renovation, and workplace infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Office Construction & Fit-Out Projects
Lead office renovation, fit-out, reconstruction, and workplace infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and implementation roadmaps.
Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Review layouts, drawings, technical documentation, and project specifications.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction progress.
Manage project risks, changes, and issue resolution.
Contractor & Vendor Management
Source, evaluate, and onboard contractors and suppliers.
Run tender and procurement processes.
Compare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing, scope, and delivery terms.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare project budgets and cost forecasts.
Track project expenses and ensure budget compliance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Coordinate approvals and reporting with Finance and leadership teams.
Office Launches & Facilities Operations
Support office openings, relocations, and workplace readiness activities.
Coordinate infrastructure setup and operational handover.
Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of existing office locations.
Real Estate & Workplace Expansion
Support office and corporate housing search activities.
Conduct market research and property analysis.
Participate in site inspections and landlord negotiations.
Assist with lease discussions and office selection processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Legal, Finance, Security, Procurement, Office Management, and Accommodation teams.
Coordinate permits, approvals, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation standards.
Requirements
Must Have
2+ years of experience in:
Office Construction Project Management
Fit-Out Project Management
Facilities Project Management
Workplace Infrastructure Projects
Construction Coordination
Hands-on experience managing office renovation, fit-out, or workplace projects.
Experience working directly with contractors, vendors, consultants, and service providers.
Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Budget planning and cost control experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Experience with commercial office environments in the UAE.
Experience opening or relocating office locations.
Experience supporting real estate selection and lease negotiations.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Language requirements:
English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
Ukrainian - Professional fluency (would be an advantage)
