Site Manager oversees all physical security, emergency preparedness, and protective operations for the company’s headquarters campus in Armonk, NY. This high-profile role ensures protection of people, assets, and reputation and requires a seasoned professional with extensive law enforcement experience who can seamlessly blend tactical expertise with corporate business acumen. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day security posture of the property, manage and contract security personnel and interface with all stakeholders with a high level of professionalism. This position requires the ability to maintain active armed status and carry a concealed firearm in accordance with state, local, and corporate policy.
Key Responsibilities
Armed Duties Carry firearm in compliance with laws and corporate policies. Maintain firearms qualification and use-of-force standards. Provide visible armed presence and respond to critical incidents. Demonstrate sound judgment in high-risk situations. Risk & Threat Management Conduct risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability analyses Identify and mitigate emerging threats Partner with intelligence and executive protection teams Physical Security & Technology Oversee security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, analytics) Ensure compliance with corporate standards Leverage modern tools (analytics, AI) to enhance capabilities Operations & Personnel Lead daily security operations for a safe environment Manage, train, and evaluate security staff Set performance and service standards Emergency & Crisis Management Develop and test Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) Lead Crisis Management Team (CMT) exercises Serve as Incident Commander during emergencies Ensure proper escalation and documentation Stakeholder & Executive Support Partner with HR, Legal, Facilities, IT, and leadership Support executives, board members, and visitors Coordinate executive movement and protection support External Partnerships Maintain relationships with law enforcement and emergency services Coordinate incident response and intelligence sharing Vendor Management Oversee third-party security vendors Ensure contract compliance, quality, and cost control Core Competencies Leadership & stakeholder influence Risk analysis & problem-solving Security technology expertise Crisis leadership Strong communication Integrity & discretion Adaptability Experience &
Education
8–12+ years in corporate security, law enforcement, or related field Experience managing campus/headquarters security preferred Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) CPP, PSP, or similar certifications preferred ICS/NIMS certification preferred Licenses & Armed Requirements NY State Armed Security Guard License NY Concealed Carry License (or ability to obtain) Compliance with all firearms regulations and policies Pass background checks, psychological screening, and qualifications Technical Skills Experience with systems (Genetec, Lenel, AMAG, Symmetry) Knowledge of threat assessment frameworks Proficiency in Microsoft Office/reporting tools United States Enterprise Operations Professional Armonk, US
