Job Description

The LIVE Operations team is focused on building a scalable and high-performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem. By working closely with creators, agencies, and partners, we drive long-term growth through content innovation, monetization enablement, and community development.

We are looking for a data-driven User Operations Manager to drive user growth and monetization for TikTok LIVE in German.

You will own end-to-end user strategy, leveraging data to improve user engagement, retention, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute user growth strategy (acquisition, retention, monetization)
  • Analyze user behavior (viewing, gifting, conversion funnels) and generate actionable insights
  • Build and optimize user segmentation & lifecycle strategies
  • Design and iterate data-driven campaigns (e.g., gifting incentives, activation programs)
  • Conduct A/B testing and evaluate performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, creator ops, data) to drive impact

Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s)

  • Experience in user ops / growth / data / strategy roles
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
  • Experience in data analysis, funnel optimization, and experimentation
  • Ability to turn insights into execution
  • Fluent in English & German (both written and spoken to communicate with the German users)

Preferred Qualification(s)

  • Experience in live streaming / social / creator platforms
  • Familiar with monetization (gifting, subscriptions, etc.)
