About the Team Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market-level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager to lead client success for Beauty Clinic, Retail & Emerging Verticals. This role requires a strong understanding of advertiser goals and the ability to translate them into effective full-funnel solutions across Lead Generation, App, Messaging Ad solutions. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, client leadership, and hands-on campaign expertise to help clients grow sustainably on TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on business growth and media strategy.
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns across branding and performance objectives, ensuring strong delivery and measurable business outcomes.
  • Understand client business models, customer journeys, and commercial priorities to provide relevant, consultative solutions for both online and offline conversion goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and measurement data to generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations tied to client KPIs.
  • Lead regular business reviews, campaign reviews, and quarterly planning sessions to strengthen client trust, identify opportunities, and influence investment strategy.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support pre-sale strategy, account planning, client pitches, and growth opportunities across key verticals.
  • Identify upsell opportunities by connecting client business needs with TikTok solutions that can unlock incremental growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Measurement, Ad Ops, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, improve campaign execution, and advocate for client needs.
  • Stay ahead of product developments and proactively educate clients on new and existing TikTok ad products, best practices, and relevant market opportunities.
  • Build category-specific playbooks, solution frameworks, and best practices for Beauty Clinic, Retail, and Emerging verticals.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client solutions, digital marketing, media planning, account management, or ad strategy on the agency, platform, or brand side.
  • Proven experience managing or advising advertisers on branding and performance campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Beauty, Aesthetics/Clinic, Retail, or App business models, including customer acquisition and conversion strategy.
  • Experience translating business objectives into media strategy and actionable campaign plans.
  • Strong data analytical skills with the ability to identify insights, solve problems, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with or strong knowledge of Lead Generation, App campaigns, Messaging Ads, and Branding solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on tracking, attribution, funnel design, CRM connection, and measurement frameworks to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience using tools such as GA, MMPs, CRM signals, or other analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with lead quality optimization, offline conversion, appointment/booking funnels, app install and post-install optimization, and messaging-based conversion journeys.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, story-teller
  • Excellent listening skills and proactive about collaboration
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills using the proper escalation process
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insight
  • Organized and detailed oriented. Self-starter and motivated to learn
