Project Engineer (M&E)

We are an M&E firm on the path of growth. We are inviting an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our fast expansion team as Project Engineer (M&E). In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of M&E projects from initiation to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works with consultant and sub-contractors on-site

· Oversee all related M&E issues on site

· Provide guidance to site supervisors in relation to M&E works, and ensure progress according to schedule, quality and safety standards

· Carry out site inspections and timely resolve technical issues.

· Assists Project Manager in planning, managing and execution of M&E construction activities

· Ensures the timely preparation of method statements, project progressreports and other documentations required by consultants and project owners.

· Attend meetings with consultants, owners and other stakeholders

· Any adhoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering/ Specialist Diploma in M&E

Coordination, or other relevant qualifications

· Minimum 3 years working experience in M&E projects

· Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to think out-of-the-box

· Proficient in MS Office Software

· AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage
