Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers to design, implement, and deploy technical solutions that solve complex business challenges. This role combines software engineering, solution architecture, consulting, and stakeholder management, requiring the ability to translate customer requirements into scalable, production-ready systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions while driving adoption, integration, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to understand business requirements and technical challenges.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions in customer environments.
• Build integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and automation workflows to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Translate complex business problems into technical solutions and system designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Drive solution adoption through technical guidance, best practices, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to product improvements by providing customer feedback and implementation insights.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.
• Support multiple projects while managing priorities and timelines effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or a related role.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or C++.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
• Experience with AI, data platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise software is advantageous.
