Tech Lead – SaaS Platform

Job Description

Design, development, and delivery of a SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• System architecture and technical design (API-first, scalable SaaS)
• Develop and maintain backend systems (Laravel or FastAPI)
• Design and manage database structure (MySQL)
• Sprint planning, and delivery timelines
• Ensure code quality, security, and system scalability
• Work closely with stakeholders on product roadmap and requirements
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems and APIs
• Guide deployment and infrastructure decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong experience in Laravel or FastAPI (Python)
• Proven experience in building SaaS or multi-tenant systems
• Solid knowledge of MySQL and RESTful API design
• Familiarity with Linux servers and cloud environments
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in analytics platforms or data-driven systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, deployment pipelines)
• Experience working in small, agile teams
