About the Role
Our client is seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions across enterprise environments.
This role combines hands-on AI delivery, solution architecture, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement. You will lead AI initiatives from proof-of-concept (POC) to production, mentor a growing AI team, and support client engagements.
This is a hands-on leadership role and not a purely managerial position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from POC to production deployment
- Translate business requirements into scalable and practical AI solutions
- Design AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems
- Establish engineering best practices and mentor junior AI engineers
- Support presales activities, including technical proposals, solution discussions, demos, and POCs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and software teams on integrated initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment
- Experience in enterprise solution architecture and system design
- Strong programming skills (e.g. Python, APIs, and system integration)
- Experience with AI platforms, data pipelines, or enterprise systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
