Resident Engineer (M&E)

Job Description:
Landside infrastructure works, automated people mover depot, it facilitybuilding-east, automated people mover systems, contractor's office village andcoastal dormitory expansion for changi east development

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical and/or Electrical engineer
• Experience in supervision of works for projects of similar scale and complexity (major building, utilities laying, systems integration, T&C)
• Prior exposure to airside environments and requirements is preferred
  a. Lead the RTOs to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by SO and the project team.
  b. Assist SRE (where necessary) to oversee the QSS and SSS manpower deployment, to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by SO, QP(S), QP(Geo), project team and FUI owners.
  c. Surface site technical and coordination issues to SO and the respective QP(D) / QP(Geo)(D) / QP(S) and/or QP(Geo)(S), and work closely with them to resolve all design, technical and coordination issues arising from the construction of both Temporary Works and Permanent Works.
