Senior Sales Executive

About Company: Our client was established in 1992 in Singapore as a multi-disciplinary interior design company to produce to produce effective commercial spaces. They have been continuously dedicating to create fascinating environment around retail shops and corporate offices. Job Description:

• Identify and penetrate new market segments, with a primary focus on establishing a strong foothold within End User, Architect and Interior Designer (A&D) community.
• Generate revenue through disciplined lead generation, qualification, and multi-channel networking (referrals, face-to-face meetings, and industry events).
• Develop and execute action plans to address unmet customer needs and capture emerging market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal logistics, design, and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery and flawless project execution.
• Work alongside a dedicated team to generate bespoke proposals that align with the client’s best interests and global corporate standards.
• Own the sales process from forecasting and lead qualification to final closing and post-sale relationship management.
• Provide rapid, effective responses to all inquiries, maintaining a diligent follow-up process to ensure high conversion rates.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company Job Requirements:
• At least GCE 'A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 5 years of sales experience and 3 years specialize in relevant industry
• Proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage to liaise with various stakeholders, but not essential
• Able to meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure and problem-solving abilities
• Passionate, energetic, motivated and driven
• Independent, eye for details, creative, team player and self-motivated
• Possess good interpersonal communication and analytical skills with people at all levels
• Light overseas business travelling is required Compensation:
• Work location: CBD, Singapore
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
