Merchandiser (Household FMCG / Retail)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring product visibility, stock availability, and driving sales performance across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Replenish products and ensure shelves are always well-stocked and neatly arranged.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays according to company guidelines.
• Assist in securing better shelf space and display areas within stores.
• Execute in-store promotions and ensure POSM are placed correctly and on time.
• Monitor stock levels, pricing, and competitor activities, and report to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and maintain cleanliness of display areas.
• Support sales by ensuring strong in-store visibility and product availability.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the FMCG retail industry.
• Experience in working with supermarkets and retail stores.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a self-driven attitude.
