Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator cum Personal Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to 2 Directors. The role is suitable for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling coordination, scheduling, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administrative and coordination duties
- Provide administrative and personal assistant support to 2 Directors
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling arrangements
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transport, and itinerary planning
- Coordinate incoming calls, emails, courier arrangements, and office matters
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders when necessary
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and general office upkeep
- Support minimal Accounts Receivable (AR) administrative duties such as simple invoicing, payment tracking, and document coordination
- Support ad-hoc administrative and coordination duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent
- Prior experience in office administration, coordination, or PA support preferred
- Basic understanding of invoicing or simple AR duties will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude with a sense of responsibility and initiative
