Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Monitor project expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and produce progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage contracts and procurement, including negotiating with contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money.
• Conduct risk assessments, method statements, and cost value reconciliations to maintain project efficiency.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, site managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a related construction/cost management role.
• Knowledge of the semiconductor or construction industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
