Prepare the luxury vehicles for events, showroom! Vehicle movement management, work in a team!

Working Hours :

8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon); 8:30am to 5:45pm (Tue to Fri) ; 8:30am to 12:30pm (Alternate Sat)

Working Location: Alexandra Road

Basic Salary range : $ 2,600 – $ 2,800, OT payable

What You'll Be Doing

As a Vehicle Logistics Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, presentable, and ready for showroom display, marketing events, test drives, and new car deliveries.

• Prepare and clean vehicles for marketing events, including polishing, fuelling, and charging
• Ensure all vehicles are in pristine condition prior to customer handover
• Install event car plates and carry out basic vehicle checks
• Maintain showroom display vehicles to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Position vehicles correctly and ensure labels and signage are properly placed
• Monitor and maintain EV charging systems
• Support daily showroom operations and setup activities
• Liaise closely with Sales Consultants to facilitate smooth new car delivery processes
• Assist with vehicle inspections, movement, and setup for incoming new stock
• Promptly flag and escalate any vehicle issues to the relevant parties
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Who We're Looking For

• 12-Month Contract position
• Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification or equivalent
• Valid Class 3 driving licence
• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics role (automotive industry experience preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills
