Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (Ducting / HVAC Manufacturing)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in the ducting and HVAC manufacturing sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across construction and industrial markets. Candidates with their own transport are preferred due to frequent client visits and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, M&E contractors, and industrial sectors.
  • Promote and sell ducting systems, HVAC products, and related manufacturing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tenders in line with client requirements.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to support sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing, HVAC, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ducting systems, HVAC products, or building services is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
  • Possess own vehicle with valid driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within construction or MEP industry.
  • Experience handling project-based sales and tender submissions.
  • Familiarity with technical specifications and drawings.
