Sales Associate (Aviation Charter)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing aviation team. The role focuses on executive jet charter, medevac charter coordination, aircraft management, and maintenance support services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong aviation industry knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage client relationships in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries related to jet charter and relevant services company provides.
- Coordinate with clients to understand operational requirements and provide suitable aviation solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and charter agreements accurately and promptly.
- Follow up on leads and actively convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after service delivery.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
- Prepare periodic sales analysis reports, revenue tracking, and performance reporting for management review.
- Monitor sales pipeline, market trends, and customer activity to support business development initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, operators and corporate clients.
- Monitor trip progress and provide operational updates to clients when required.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, sales activities, and client communications.
- Support business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation operational requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant aviation industry experience, preferably in:
- Private jet charter
- Flight operations
- Aircraft management
- Medevac coordination
- Business aviation sales
- Strong understanding of aviation operational processes and charter coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
- Strong customer service mindset and commercial awareness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work on roster schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required
- Candidates with an existing aviation network and charter sales experience will have an advantage
