Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes and generate quotations for international logistics involving ship spare parts
  • Prepare comprehensive quotes for air, sea FCL/LCL, and intermodal shipments; manage client rates and ensure accurate pricing/billing within ERP system (CargoWise)
  • Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and airlines; secure shipment bookings and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, carrier relations) to facilitate seamless order processing and timely delivery
  • Ensure optimal customer experience through effective collaboration and issue resolution
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry preferred
  • Familiarity with CargoWise or other logistics ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong English proficiency preferred for international stakeholder communication
