Job Description

Sales Administrator –Office Furniture Industry

Location: Central

Working hours: 9am– 6pm, Mon – Fri

Salary: $2,400 + Incentive

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation using SAP.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.
  • Convert quotations into sales orders and coordinate with Accounts and Operations for order fulfilment.
  • Maintain and update customer records, quotation details, and sales documentation in SAP.
  • Support Sales team with tender submissions, project presentations, reports, and administrative coordination.
  • Attend to customer complaints, routine requests, and resolve operational issues within scope.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and monitor procurement portals for tender opportunities.
  • Manage filing systems, documentation control, and general office administration duties.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, pantry supplies, stationery purchases, and visitor reception.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Sales and Management teams.
