Sales Administrator –Office Furniture Industry
Location: Central
Working hours: 9am– 6pm, Mon – Fri
Salary: $2,400+ Incentive
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation using SAP.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Convert quotations into sales orders and coordinate with Accounts and Operations for order fulfilment.
- Maintain and update customer records, quotation details, and sales documentation in SAP.
- Support Sales team with tender submissions, project presentations, reports, and administrative coordination.
- Attend to customer complaints, routine requests, and resolve operational issues within scope.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and monitor procurement portals for tender opportunities.
- Manage filing systems, documentation control, and general office administration duties.
- Coordinate office maintenance, pantry supplies, stationery purchases, and visitor reception.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Sales and Management teams.
